Anyone who knows me will know that I love Macro Photography. I’m amazed by how a lens can catch so much detail in an object and I’m even more amazed when you see some of the quality photographs that are produced by mobile phones. I recent tried the camera on the Nokia N86 and was blown away by the camera it packed. Although I disliked the phone itself, I would have gladly tried to mush together a Nokia N86 camera and the N97 QWERTY frame.

All of the images above are raw files and have not been modified in photoshop in any way. I’ve called this post #1 because I plan on doing a lot more tests with my Nokia N97 and with the camera in particular for the time being. The N97 holds a 5 megapixel, autofocus, dual LED flash camera and the camera is protected by a sliding cover. Be sure to check out my N97 gallery that I will be posting shortly showcasing the device and in the next few weeks I will bring you more galleries to explore.
