Once you’ve watched all of that, you will notice what we are talking about. You can see the picture on the left and you can certainly tell that even though it looks very similar to the Nokia 5800 and even the Nokia 5530 which was recently annouced. These are clearly visible in the buttons on the phone (they actually don’t look like buttons, complete touchscreen?), top of the phone is slightly different and also the overall finish and design looks shiny, smooth and a little bit more classy.
We also need to mention the speed of what this video is showing us. It’s meant to be an advert for the Nokia 5800 according to the YouTube video but this phone we are seeing shows us some new firmware changes. The increased speed in a lot of areas would make this phone very impressive. We all know what could go on through movie editing software like removing sequences (not that Apple did this with their adverts or anything), so it’s important we remain optimistic about it.
I’ve heard talk about a Nokia 5900, what’s that all about?
Nokia Lovers come here from term:
nokia 5800 cpu, 5800 cpu nokia, nokia cclock 5800Related Nokia Apps:

also those smooth software effects are pure hollywood trickery as we know it from the n97 ads…
I don’t know why you would make a phone exclusive to a movie, that’s just stupid, it creates false impressions. Those software effects are trickery but it maybe there could be improved speed.
Great post, i have linked on my site WorldOfNokia.
I also have a few more screenshots from the video where it mentions a ‘Video Store’ too.
hmmm interesting, could be the 5900 lol
Well, for me this was the first 5800 “final” design but it wasn’t launched coz… i dont know why… maybe commercial interestings… the video date is from october/2008 (?)
It wasn’t the batman’s phone. I compared both. The first picture in august/september-2008 just look very similar to this. With the “crome” frame.
The speed is very unreal!
was that 24 episode .avi… (1.07)
all it says is downloading, could be converting at the sametime but why’d they show avi anyway
[...] night we sent a few shivers down some spines as we started to pick some points out of a video that we had come across that looked somewhat like a Nokia 5800. Our friends over at World of Nokia had picked out something that I didn’t notice in the [...]
